Our Infrastructure

A sprawling 60,000 sq. ft. of built up area houses all the operations – starting from fabric checking to packing and labeling done under stringent and careful control delivering excellent quality products.

Our plant capacity is to deliver over 6500-7000 jeans per shift post the process of Cutting & Stitching.

About 3000 jeans/day under dry and 5000 jeans/day under wet process is currently undertaken with planned expansion for latter, shortly.

As regards Quality, we stand by the word in capital ‘Q’.

Explained below in brief are certain measures we undertake to manufacture client and fashion centric products.

Fabric Stage:

  • Conduct of fabric shrinkage test with 10 percent rolls in same sort number
  • Compliance to 4-point standard system to check the fabric.
  • Conduct shade blanket activity to create family of similar shades.
  • Based on shade and shrinkage, common shade family rolls put together to create single lot.

Cutting Stage:

  • Pattern & Marker checking conducted prior to cutting.
  • Checking done at all corresponding areas during and post layering process.
  • After ticketing and cutting, bundles are checked with master pattern and replacement is done then only.
Equipments Used:
  • Cad/ CAM Systems.
  • Automatic fabric checking machine
  • Automatic fabric spreader machine
  • Automatic cutting machine especially for heavy duty fabrics

Stitching Stage:

  • Conduct of fabric shrinkage test with 10 percent rolls in same sort number
  • Compliance to 4-point standard system to check the fabric.
  • Conduct shade blanket activity to create family of similar shades.
  • Based on shade and shrinkage, common shade family rolls put together to create single lot.
Equipments Used:
  • Automatic pocket hemmer machine
  • Automatic pocket setting machine
  • Automatic pocket welting machine
  • Automatic loop making and attaching machine
  • Computer cycle machine
  • Automatic bottom hemming machine
  • All UBT machines to give clean finish products

Washing Stage:

  • After dry process the garment is being checked.
  • After wet process and trimming garment is being checked which make sure washing damage and stitch damage pieces are eliminated at this stage.
  • After pressing, garment is checked for final presentation and then packed in a poly bag.
